Uninsured Individuals
This rate is offered to anyone who does not have insurance coverage.

Healthcare Workers
This rate is offered to provisionals healthcare workers.

LGBTQ+ Members
This rate is offered to anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+.

Fully Insured Individuals
This rate is offered to anyone who has full insurance coverage.

Covid-19 Job Loss
This rate is offered to anyone who lost their jobs due to Covid-19.

Substance Disorders
This sliding-scale is offered to anyone who is suffering in the prisons of chemical dependence. Or later healing in recovery.
